Bull Farm DA also holds a production and sales license for alcoholic beverages up to 22% ABV, made exclusively from raw ingredients grown on our own farm.

This is a production that continues to grow, but under our current permit we are only allowed to produce wine or cider using crops that actually grow on Bull Farm.

So far, this has been limited to rhubarb and redcurrant, but both have proven to be excellent raw materials for producing Slakteriet’s Rhubarb Wine and Slakteriet’s Redcurrant Wine.

Both wines are made using traditional recipes, without artificial yeast, and with a six-month production process per batch, involving daily stirring and monitoring.
